One Final Blog From This Year's American Made Awards
The second annual Martha Stewart American Made Awards had so much to offer and I felt it deserved one more blog posting to cover nearly everything that went on during two incredibly packed days. As you may have already read, the event was held at the fantastic Andaz 5th Avenue Hotel and at the landmark Grand Central Terminal, where one could shop for handcrafted goods from around the country, including products manufactured by the American Made honorees, both past and present. The American Made Awards salutes and highlights ten up-and-coming entrepreneurs, who have shown innovation and creativity in their respective fields of creating American made goods. In addition to the editors' chosen honorees, one nominated Audience-Choice Award Winner received $10,000 to further their business, as well as a future feature on marthastewart.com.
