The Food From Last Weekend in Maine
I’ve been managing to visit Skylands, my home in Maine, quite a bit this summer and last week I finally blogged about my wonderful birthday weekend earlier this month. This past weekend, I was back in Maine with members of my magazine staff, as we were scouting and planning for some exciting new stories. I was happy that my friend, Chef Pierre Schaedelin, could join us again to help feed all of the house guests. With the vegetable gardens, both in Bedford and at Skylands, producing so much bounty, our meals were, once again, sensational! This blog focuses on the food prepared last weekend. Enjoy!
