I’m having so much fun on QVC - not only do I get to show you all the wonderful products from my growing collections, but I get to demonstrate how each one works, and how it can make your day-to-day lives easier.
I am looking forward to my next scheduled appearance on QVC - be sure to follow my Twitter page @MarthaStewart for details. Enjoy these photos.
Our day started very early. QVC host, Rick Domeier, hosted the 12am broadcast. Here we are showing the pressure washer – it sold very quickly.
This is my Martha Stewart 1200 PSI Pressure Washer with Adjustable Spray Wand. I love this electric pressure washer. It eradicates dirt and debris from the house exterior, between the patio pavers, and even mud and dirt on the car.
An intense jet, paired with the detergent used in the on-board tank, blasts away grime to help preserve all that you want to clean.
And here is the section of fence all clean – it only takes a few minutes to do.
And look how far it can reach, with the same amount of excellent power to clean the exterior of your home.
After the hour, I stopped for a quick photo with a member of QVC’s crew.
Everyone loves my newest book, “Martha’s Flowers, A Practical Guide to Growing, Gathering, and Enjoying” – I am so excited for you all to have it. My new book is a wonderful resource for learning how and when to plant, nurture, and at the perfect time, cut from the garden – gardeners of all levels will appreciate the ideas and inspirations in this book. It is in bookstores February 27th, but you can pre-order your copy now on QVC.com.
My new wicker planters come in a choice of two sizes – small, and large. These have a natural gray finish and can be used indoors or out.
These pots have a woven, flat-weave wicker look from top to bottom. The handles have the same wicker detail as the rim and body of the planter.
Rick and I showed off my great pots on this big set. We planted so many of the pots in the background to show you how great they look – imagine how wonderful they will be in your home.
On the monitors, we show the terrific feet and drainage hole that I designed on the bottom of these pots – they are great for both drainage, and to prevent the pot from scratching any surface.
These are the Martha Stewart Electric 2-in-1 Edger and Trencher tools. It creates a clean line along flower beds, walkways, and borders, and also cuts a crisp trench with a three-position depth adjustment.
And it comes in the same great colors as all the gardening products in my collection – this is the black Edger and Trencher.
Here is the Edger and Trencher in slate.
And here is the same Edger and Trencher in a pretty mint color.
In these monitors, it is easy to see how the Edger and Trencher works along a garden bed.
During another part of the day, I appeared with QVC host, Dan Hughes, to talk about my new Martha Stewart All Purpose Fertilizer for Flowers, Shrubs & Vegetables. This fertilizer really gives your garden a boost, and is great with all types of plants.
Because my Pressure Washer was the “Today’s Special Value” item I showed it several times during the course of the day. Here I am showing the pressure washer body, which includes a hose, spray gun, soap attachment, and a needle cleaning tool.
Here I am with QVC host, Jane Treacy – this photo was taken from behind the cameras. There are always multiple cameras involved in these shows so viewers can see items from a variety of angles.
Here I am demonstrating the pressure washer on a sample of wood fencing – you can see how the washer removes the dirt and mud and leaves the fence panel looking like new.
And here I am showing how the pressure washer removes the dirt from this patio chair – and it is so light and handy.
I hope you all bought one of these great pressure washers, but if you didn’t, don’t forget to visit QVC’s web site where you can see this and all my other wonderful and useful products. See you soon on QVC!
