Lots of Weeding At the Farm
This is a hectic time around the farm, and the crew has been doing a great job getting things in order for the busy growing season. We've had quite a bit of rain here in the Northeast these last couple of weeks. And, while rain encourages a lot of growth in the gardens, it also means a lot of weeds. Everyone has been pulling weeds from the beds - in fact, the best time to pull them is during the rain, when their roots can be removed from the soil easily.
