A Business Dinner at My Farm

I always enjoy entertaining at home.

Yesterday, the weather was sunny, and 70-degrees Fahrenheit - perfect for a special business dinner I hosted at my Bedford, New York farm. My friend, Chef Pierre Schaedelin, from PS Tailored Events, and I, planned a menu for nine-guests, which included a wonderful pea ravioli with sugar snap peas and pea shoots, roasted hake with brown butter caper lemon sauce with a variety of root vegetables, and a delectable Atlantic Beach pie with fresh whipped cream for dessert. It was a delicious meal.
