Behind the Scenes of a Photo Shoot with My Dogs
It’s always so much fun when I get to work with my pets.
Earlier this summer, I was asked to participate in an interview and video shoot for PeopleTV’s Paws & Claws, a new online series that creates and distributes happy, fun and buzz-worthy animal stories - I was thrilled with the idea. The interview lasted about 20-minutes. I shared stories about my dogs Empress Qin, Emperor Han, Creme Brûlée and Bete Noire, talked about their personalities, and reviewed their care. Images were also taken of my newest pet products that are available on both Amazon and QVC. They include apparel, bedding, restraints, toys and feeding items - I hope you've seen all our great pets offerings. In all, it was a successful shoot and a very fun afternoon.

- This is called our Motorcycle Harness. It has very soft faux leather with a padded mesh interior, adjustable hook-and-loop straps for a perfect fit and rust resistant hardware.

- We incorporated lots of fun into the shoot – here are my dogs looking at me from behind the banners.

- Our little Emperor Han took a break in this Brushed Canvas Cuddler Pet Bed. I love these bolster style beds – they have removable base cushions and bolster inserts for easy cleaning. I have several of these beds for my dogs and cats all around my home. The toy is a Fleece Mallard Bonded Mesh Dog Toy made with heavy felt and tweed and reinforced seams for moderate chewers.

- My dogs are very good about sitting still for the cameras – they are perfect little actors and actresses.
