Take Your Dog to Work Day
It’s a day that’s “gone to the dogs”.
Last week, many of our employees and their dogs participated in Take Your Dog to Work Day. Created by Pet Sitters International, Take Your Dog to Work Day is held annually on the first Friday after Father’s Day. It celebrates companion dogs and encourages adoptions from local shelters, rescue groups and humane societies. It’s also a day to promote the importance of the human-animal bond, and to foster support for neighborhood pet communities.
To help celebrate the occasion, a number of dogs accompanied their pet guardians to work, and posed in photos with some of the newest products from my Martha Stewart Pets line exclusively at PetSmart. Employees also enjoyed using our photo booth made with flowers from Martha Stewart Crafts®.
