Holiday Decorating at the Farm
With less than a week before Christmas, final preparations are underway here at my Bedford, New York farm. Everyone has been hard at work getting everything ready for the holidays.
I love how my home looks this time of year. Nearly every room is filled with beautiful, cheerful decorations - from collections both old and new. My housekeeper, Laura Acuna, and I enjoy mixing and matching traditional pieces with more whimsical objects. This season, my living room, also known as the Brown Room, is adorned with golds, silvers, winter woodland animals, and lots of trees, including two gorgeous silver trees from my holiday line at Home Decorators Collection. The room looks wonderful, and I can’t wait to show it to my grandchildren, Jude and Truman.
