With so much interest in eating locally grown food, it’s a real pleasure to introduce you to Daisy Hill Farm Stand. Located near my own farm in Bedford, New York, Daisy Hill Farm is owned and operated by Gwenn Brant. The farm stand is well stocked with produce grown right on the farm and also with goods Gwenn obtains from other nearby farmers. Local families are encouraged to stop by this kid-friendly farm to visit and feed the resident farm animals. It’s a great place for locavores to shop and to sip delicious lemonade and hot coffee. The farm stand will be open through October 31st – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Call 914-244-1132
