To celebrate the end of another great season of television, (two emmy nominations) we decided to go bowling! Recently, brothers and chefs, Eric and Bruce Bromberg, appeared on my show promoting their Blue Ribbon Cookbook and talked about their wonderful group of restaurants, including the recently opened Brooklyn Bowl, located at 61 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg Brooklyn. This 16-lane bowling alley was constructed inside the former Hecia Iron Works building and has a 600-capacity performance venue with an exciting lineup of live music. And what’s really great is that not only can you bowl and be entertained but, you get to also feast on the celebrated menu of Blue Ribbon. Have a look at this lively celebration.

The Bromberg Brothers and Blue Ribbon prepared a menu of comfort foods, including the fried chicken they made on my show and their pulled pork sandwiches. Dessert was a creme brulee bread pudding with hot fudge sauce.
Naturally, I bowled a strike my first time out.
