A Book Signing at The New Fairway Market for "Power Foods"
Last Saturday, I was in Stamford, Connecticut at the recently opened Fairway Market on Canal Street. I was given a tour of the store and the adjacent wine market and I was really impressed with how much variety is offered in all departments. I was actually there to sign copies of our latest book, “Power Foods,” written by editors of Whole Living magazine. “Power Foods” is a beautifully photographed collection of 150 Delicious Recipes with the 38 healthiest ingredients, such as berries, tomatoes, and nuts. (You can get some of the recipes from the Power Foods book here) This book teaches how to incorporate those ingredients into everyday meals, for a healthier way of eating. After the book signing, Whole Living editor-in-chief Alex Postman greeted visitors to an afternoon of talks and demonstrations geared to de-stressing and increasing energy. It was a fun and informative day.
