Refinishing my cutting boards
I was looking at my white plastic cutting boards not too long ago and realized that no matter how much they were scrubbed or bleached, they just were not getting clean. Two large boards have a permanent place on my kitchen counter and naturally, I want them to be bright white. Seven other smaller boards were also dingy and stained after years of use and I thought that maybe they should be refinished. With a bit of investigation, we found Fox Lane Boatworks, located in Brewster, New York. Paul Pasquantonio, boat builder and owner, assured us that he had all the right tools to get the job done. And I must say that I am pleased with the results.
