A visit to Emeril's new office and his future kitchen!
Before the holidays, we paid a visit to Emeril in his MSLO office at the Starrett Lehigh building. Emeril was so gracious to show us his space and later, walked to the other side of the building, where an unused test kitchen is being transformed for his use. We’ll visit that area again, when it is complete.
As you can imagine, Emeril is a really, really nice guy who has a genuine passion for helping children in need. The Emeril Lagasse Foundation has raised considerable money to fund educational programs, life skills development, culinary training, and cultural enrichment within the New Orleans and Gulf Coast areas.
